Are there a minimum amount of meals required for purchase?

No requirement on the amount of meals you need to purchase however if you would like free deliver then you must purchase at least $60 in meals.

Where do you deliver? What is the cost for delivery?

We deliver in the Charlotte area and most of the surrounding areas. Delivery is free as long as you spend at least $60

What is the deadline for placing my order each week?

Orders must be in by Friday of each week. All orders placed by the deadline will be delivered on that following Sunday after 2pm est. Any orders placed after Friday will not be delivered until the Sunday after.

What time is delivery each week?

Delivery starts at 2pm Est each Sunday.

What happens if I am not home when you deliver?

If you will not be home at the time of delivery, we recommend leaving a cooler out and we will place your meals in the cooler for storage until you return home. We also have reusable thermal bags available for purchase that can store your meals for up to an hour.

How do I store my meals? 

Meals can be refrigerated for 3 to 5 days. If you do not plan to consume your meals within 5 days then we recommend placing them in the freezer.

How do I heat up my meals?

From refrigerated you can place in the microwave 1:30 to 2:00 minutes depending on the microwave. If food has not reached desired temperature then you can continue to heat in 30 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. For best results we recommend any frozen meals be thawed out first.
